Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager IT Asset Management to sit fully remote for a large Reinsurance client. This role will run projects within their Information Domain program that will enhance the organization's asset management capabilities. They are working on a ServiceNow Implementation that is being handled by a 3rd party vendor. This vendor has a PM on their side but this PM coming in will be working on the internal side. Right now, the ServiceNow Implementation vendor has been selected. They are going into a 4-week discovery phase and then starting the implementation. The project manager will run a few work streams under the project. The 1st being Implementation of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The 2nd being Implementation of the Asset Auto Discovery (via ServiceNow ITOM discovery), 3rd is Implementation of ServiceNow Software Asset Management, 4th is Implementation of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management. 5th is Implementation of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management. Lastly, the Implementation of business process workflows for critical business and IT processes. This PM will need to define project goals, success criteria and expectations with stakeholders. They will drive the projects through all project phases given constraints of scope, time, budget, and resources and create and manage a realistic and credible project plan. This role will need to negotiate project deliverables, milestones and target dates as well as effectively identify and manage change requests and learn and conform to all established IT governance and project delivery processes. The range for pay of the role is $50.00/hr to 63.00/hr depending on years experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years' experience as an IT PM
- 3+ recent years of experience as an IT PM working on ServiceNow Implementations for Asset Management
- Experience managing teams that consist of both company employees and 3rd parties
- Experience in managing projects in a global, matrix environment
- Strong communication and enthusiasm to work on a ServiceNow Implementation from the internal standpoint

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA, EU's operational resilience regulation) and/or the Versicherungsaufsichtliche Anforderungen an die IT (VAIT, Germany's insurance regulation)
