Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the development of new products
• Develop the overall technical direction of the product
• Ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities
• Manage the product development process from concept to launch
• Work with other departments to ensure that the product is integrated with other systems and processes
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that their needs are met
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry
• Remote eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product development
• HealthCare Provider Domain Expertise is preferred
• Procient in GCP stack such as BigQuery, Looker, Data Proc and GCP Data Pipeline technologies
• Strong technical skills in a variety of engineering disciplines
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for innovation and creativity
