Insight Global is seeking an IT Program Delivery Manager for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. The IT Program Delivery Manager will help to improve project delivery, communication, and program visibility. Key duties and responsibilities include coordinating efforts between multiple technical projects, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring delivery teams are properly trained and executing in an Agile methodology. In addition, the incumbent will be also responsible for assisting with planning, reporting, and budgeting. This role must be able to build relationships and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders.

The IT Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for aligning the delivery portfolio of IT projects with the strategic objectives of the business. This will require collaboration with business and IT stakeholders and executive leadership to drive successful delivery. The manager will be responsible for organizing software delivery teams, optimizing resources within the assigned program, and ensuring continuity of communication across all stakeholders and projects teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science related field (needed to convert full-time).
10+ years of professional IT experience, 8+ years of experience managing direct reports.
Previous experience overseeing a large enterprise digital commerce implementation.
Extensive experience managing cross-functional, technical projects.
Well-versed in Agile and Waterfall management concepts, methodologies & tools.
Proficient in Project Management applications (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
o Online whiteboard and collaboration applications such as Mural, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must have significant experience partnering at all levels to set clear expectations, manage those expectations, and have the political savvy to address challenges when needed.
Must be technical enough to be able to understand technology concerns of the Solution Architect, team, and Digital Technology. Will not need to solve those problem but needs to know who to work with and how to connect the right people to drive results.
Must have significant experience on overseeing a full program with multiple project in play, and have proven ability to ensure that each is on track with reporting, metrics, and communication on statuses of each.
Demonstrated success leading projects from concept to successful launch/implementation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Agilist certification
Previous experience with implementation of customer identity and access management solution.
