Insight Global is sourcing for an IT Project Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. As the Project Coordinator you will be supporting two Legal Counsels for two different departments of the Health Department. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a brand new migration project for all legal counsels who support the Commonwealth of MA. All legal documents are documented manually, and the purpose of the migration is for all legal documentation of contracts to be found in a centralized place. The Project Coordinator supports the administrative needs of the re-location project reporting to a PMO Deputy Director. The Project Coordinator must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with Legal Counsels, in both oral and written contexts, and should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback to not only the General Counsel, but also to the technical resources migrating the documentation. The Project Coordinator must be familiar with project management principles and able to take initiative. Someone who is a problem-solver and possesses strong writing, communications, and documentation skills will be successful in this role. Day to Day:
Preparing project documentation by gathering information from the General Counsel and sending to the Salesforce Project Manager to initiate the migration of documents
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with management, legal stakeholders and technical project team members
Communicating technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business u
Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the team
Primarily working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
$40/hr to $50/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of Project Coordination or Project Administration experience
- Prior experience gathering business needs from a legal counsel, paralegals, procurement, etc. and documenting the needs
- Understanding of a business process flow
- Experience managing ticketing system queue (Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Has developed MS Excel charts, graphics, pivot tables and workbooks.
- Experience working cross-functionally across technical teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of legal terminology
- Prior experience as a business analyst or close partnerships with a project management team
