IT Project Manager

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join the PMO office for one of its largest Tier 1 Automotive Supplier customers based in Northville, MI. This person should be an all-star communicator, should have expertise with owning and corralling 3rd party vendor relationships, and should be able to work on EST hours.
Specific Responsibilities:
Supporting US project OneStream & Power BI
o Owning & corralling multiple 3rd party vendor relationships to align on company mission/priorities
Contracting with OneStream vendor day in & day out
Tracking migration, upgrades, & building queue
Coordinating with Skyrock vendor for implementation
o Scheduling calls/meetings internally & externally, and pushing communication continuously
o Overseeing testing given the project workflows
o Owning and pushing BRDs for project
Project overview, business objectives, stakeholder identification, requirements gathering, scope of work, timeline & milestones, etc.
o Working in coordination/partnership between IT Finance Executive Director, & PM Director

Compensation:
$50/hr to $80/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Project Manager
o Extensive experience collaborating with stakeholders & 3rd party vendors
Owning relationships, aligning on timeline, mission, & scope of work
o Gathering requirements, pushing BRDs & communication, etc.
Expertise owning large projects & conflicts that come with it
Very strong informal & formal communication background
Ability to work on EST hours
Bachelors degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Haves:
- Any Finance related experience
- OneStream software familiarity
- Any service now or MS Project experience
