Job Summary: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to hiring qualified IT professionals for a variety of roles within our organization or on behalf of our clients. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements, ensuring that we attract the best talent in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing clear communication throughout the process.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insights on market trends and competitive salary benchmarks.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates, ensuring successful candidate placement.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.


Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 year of IT recruiting experience
  • Bachelors degree (Perferred)
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruiting role.
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology, including software development, systems administration, cybersecurity, etc.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
