An employer in Camp Pendleton, CA is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join the team. This specialist will be providing troubleshooting support for customer technical issues onsite. The main responsibilities of the role will be centered around handling 4-11 tickets a day involving issues with laptop, desktop, printer, phone, and other technical equipment in person with the customer, so strong communication skills and a deserve to provide customer service support is necessary. The technician will be repairing and re-imaging computers around the base as well when needed.

- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Strong customer service skills and attitude
- Basic troubleshooting experience
- Active Secret clearance
- IAT II Certification (COMPTIA A + or Network + Or Sec + CE) + Microsoft Certification
- Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
