Kavaliro's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Manager to join their team in Orlando, FL. This is a fully on-site position with the potential for one remote day per week after acclimation. The IT Support Manager will play a pivotal role in managing IT support operations while ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place. Travel up to 30% will be required to support other company locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT support team, providing guidance and supervision to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee IT support functions, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and issue resolution for hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and systems to protect company data and IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure that all support tickets and issues are resolved within established timelines and to the highest satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce IT support policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across locations.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for various IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.
  • Coordinate IT support activities across multiple company locations, ensuring smooth operations and travel as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improving IT processes and implementing technology solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies to improve IT support and security measures.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of IT support experience, with a proven track record in managing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including experience implementing and managing security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues across a variety of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% to other company locations nationwide.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
