IT Support Technician II- Charlotte, NC

An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for a Desktop Support technician in Charlotte, NC. This person will be:
Troubleshooting through printer issues and mail issues, as well as some server and networking (VPN issues or Internet issues) issues as needed
Troubleshooting and resolving issues deskside with u
Troubleshooting and resolving conference room equipment issues (computers/microphones connecting to screens/projectors, etc)

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in a desktop support or technical support role
2+ experience with networking, connecting switches and cabling experience (Cisco products)
Experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow is what the team uses now)
Experience troubleshooting through Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products
Experience troubleshooting through basic A/V issues as needed
Excellent communication
