Insight Global is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Systems Administrator to manage and support our SuccessFactors Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation and Employee Central, ensuring the system operates efficiently and effectively to meet the business needs.

Hourly rate: $40-46/hr depending on relevant experience

Required Skills & Experience

Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems and/or middleware products on all computer platforms including mainframes, workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of 24 X 7 business processes. Evaluates, implements and modifies operating system software parameters and/or product solutions for optimum performance. Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms.

Requirements:
- Manage the daily operations and support of the SuccessFactors system
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end-u , ensuring they can effectively use the system.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and data exchange processes to ensure accurate data flow between the system and other HR applications.
- Maintain data privacy and security in accordance with company policies and regulations.
