Pay Rate: $31.25 - $36.06 per hour

Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday. Must be available on-call 24/7, 365 days a year for urgent issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for corporate employees and field personnel, addressing helpdesk inquiries related to printers, scanners, networks, phones, and mobile devices.
• Configure and manage billing and scanning software for PCs in remote locations.
• Administer VPN software for each device.
• Oversee multiple servers in a data center, including updates, installations, and maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory, Data Server, Multiple Terminal Servers, SQL Server, web server, utility server, and Content Filtering Server.
• Configure and maintain switches and routers, leveraging networking knowledge.
• Handle user email and account creation, including accounts for Omni (logistics software) and other services.
