Position Title: Systems Analyst (Digital Communication)

Location: 100% Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12+ Months Contract to Hire

Job Type: Full Time/ W2

Pay Range: $41.50/hr on W2

Education Level: Bachelors

Primary Purpose: As a Systems Analyst specializing in digital communication, you'll serve as a vital link between technological systems and business objectives, driving the optimization of digital communication strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing innovative solutions, overseeing development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to understand digital communication needs and goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Design scalable digital communication solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing technology infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentation, including system diagrams and user stories, to guide development teams.
• Oversee development and deployment processes, ensuring solutions meet design, security, and performance requirements.
• Develop custom features and functionalities to meet specific communication objectives.
• Analyze user engagement and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in digital communication.

Qualifications:

• Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Prior experience as a Systems Analyst focusing on digital communication preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of digital communication technologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical problems and translating concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Awareness of programming languages, chatbot frameworks, and NLP libraries.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools for extracting communication insights.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good to Have Skills:
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration methods.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and machine learning concepts.
