IT Systems Support Engineer :

- Monitor the operations of servers, databases, web servers / application servers, and applications to ensure their optimal performance
- Monitor performance capacity and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage incidents and coordinate resolution efforts
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Required Technical Skills and Experience :

- Experience with system administration of Linux and Windows servers
- Experience with Apache Tomcat web server and servlet container, with a general knowledge of Java (not developer level)
- Experience with supporting Oracle database operations and Informatica ETL applications
- Experience with OpenShift, a container application platform, for deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications
- Experience supporting Axiom data management platform will be a plus
