An exciting opportunity for an IT User Access Specialist is now available in our Information Technology Department. As an IT User Access Specialist, you will provide support by creating user access to all hospital systems. Additionally this position is responsible for monitoring and fulfilling requests via ServiceNow, meeting with new and existing staff to assist with onboarding, and troubleshooting user access. In this position, you will be relied upon to triage incoming phone calls to the IT Help Desk and maintain confidentiality of all requests.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate's degree preferred

Experience in healthcare technology preferred

Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

Required Skills:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

• Be detail oriented

• Provide great customer service

Position Details:

0.6 FTE (part-time, 24 hours per week)

Day shift

Weekdays only (available on Monday, otherwise flexible)
