Job Summary

As the second in command, you'll be the driving force behind our ServiceNow platform, ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently. Play a pivotal role in our IT landscape, where your contributions will leave a lasting imprint on our operations. Responsibilities
  • Regular run and maintain duties within ServiceNow
  • Manages the IT Operational Reporting process and coordinates monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Coordinates with IT and business teams to determine and produce desired ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
  • Evaluates current delivery environment to set standard reporting across all IT support teams
  • Creates reporting standards and cadence for various levels of leadership or business functions
  • Manages the IT Release Management process including training sessions and governance
  • Ensures the application teams are protecting the integrity of the live environments by adherence to the release management life cycle, including but not limited to, prioritization of changes, estimation, design, testing , proper documentation, user sign off, deployment and release outcomes
  • Seek automation opportunities within ServiceNow and lead deployment of desired changes


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ of experience in a global service delivery environment
  • 3+ of ServiceNow experience, ServiceNow Administrator Certification is a plus
  • 1+ year of RPA/Business process automation tool experience
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Possesses significant current knowledge of IT KPIs and ITIL processes
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, self-directed, and changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused mindset
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
  • High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity
  • High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and continuously


Work Arrangements/Requirements
  • Remote role and a resident in the United States
  • US Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident
