High-Level Individual Duties:

• They would be the only 'on-shore' resource on the team
• Work with the business
• Understand the app / services
• Build requirements into solutions for the India team
• 60% Dev

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

• IBM iSeries / Db2 400 on the backend (SQL code)
• Candidates should have COBOL / JCL experience from working on the mainframe, but Synon is more important to them so you don't have to put this into the search
• Has to be good with SQL code
• Stored Procs / Triggers / Indexing etc.
• Synon case tool product
• In resumes, Synon might also be seen as CA2E

Nice to Have:

• Java / Spring - would allow them to work on the modernization efforts
• JavaScript & React
• RxClaim experience - past Optum
• Any other HC Claims experience with a different client would be good, but past Optum is the cherry on top
