A company in the Seattle, WA market is looking for an End User Experience Project Manager to lead the transformation of the conference room technology. This role involves overseeing the implementation of new hardware, managing the migration from Zoom to Teams, and modernizing audio/visual equipment to enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-level projects and the ability to navigate stakeholder pressures effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

7-10 years' experience in project management, preferably at a technology-based company or within a technical domain
Experience within security/operations, preferably identity access management
Experience working within Zero Trust
Previous PM experience in networking, infrastructure, service desk

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP certification or equivalent
ServiceNow experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies
