Cognizant is seeking a JAMF Administrator for a full-time opportunity in Austin, TX.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide end-to-end administration and MDM management for approximately 6000

• production devices across multiple sites

• Provide Tier 2/3 level iOS/MacOS support for technical issues, troubleshoot and

• resolve working with end users/other technical teams

• Perform iOS/OS updates - identify active devices and perform patching and updates.

• Create documentation - technical and end user documentation; dashboard work

instructions and micro services that support it.

• Data entry and clean up for security database and annual volume testing.

• Assist with compiling quarterly data and completing vendor scoring.

Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining a large deployment of systems managed by Mobile Device

Management (MDM) platform.

• Experience with macOS/iOS based platforms.

• Jamf experience and 200 certification level required / 300 preferred.

• Experience with utilization of 3rd party helper tools (MUT, etc.)

• Understanding of server technologies such as Apache, ATS, experience using Red

Hat Linux or derivative is a plus.

• Experience with scripting and command line utilities: i.e. shell, perl, python.

• Familiarity with general information security best practices for desktops and mobile devices.

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
