Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Java Architect with experience developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot to ensure robust and efficient system architecture.
• Oversee the implementation of Java-based solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain user documentation to support system design implementation and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment to practices and coding standards improving overall code quality.
• Identify and address technical challenges and risks proposing innovative solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensure the integration of various system components facilitating seamless communication and data flow.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating relevant advancements into the system architecture.
• Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
• Communicate effectively with collaborators presenting technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Telco knowledge is plus.
• Support Mobile applications.

Qualifications:

• 12 to 15 years of experience.
• Possess a strong technical skill in Spring Boot Microservices and Java with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate experience in designing and developing scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Develop software architecture: Create and integrate software architecture into Java based applications.
• Work with business analysts, software developers, and other partners to understand business needs and identify risks.
• Design technical solutions: Use Spring Framework and REST Architecture to design technical solutions.
• Lead a technical team: Manage a team of software developers, business analysts, and a Product Owner.
• Ensure the technical solution's quality and performance, and that it meets the initial design.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to developers and engineers.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and design flaws.
• Experience in Networks Devices and Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our business goals.
