Java Developer - MuleSoft

Akkodis is seeking a Java Developer - MuleSoft for a contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Java, Kafka, Spring MVC, Mule ESB, Oracle SQL / PLSQL and Preferably experience of working on financial services in Global Market.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
• Requires strong foundation and exposure in Business Process Management Design and development of JAVA/J2EE applications.
• Capable of attending Business discussions and workshops and gather requirements.
• Analyze requirements and transform to technical Flow, aligned with existing project framework and design.

Top 3 required skill sets: Core Java / Mule ESB / Oracle PLSQL / Kafka

• Good working experience and knowledge in JAVA/J2EE, Kafka, REST API, Spring framework, mulesoft, cucumbers framework, GIT etc.
• Hands-on working experience in Oracle - should be proficient in creating SQL scripts and procedures.
• Should be able to handle code repositories using Bitbucket.
• Exposure to tools namely Jenkins, WinSCP XLR, and CI-CD framework is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and working experience in Agile Framework will be an added advantage.
• Java, Kafka, Spring MVC, Mule ESB, Oracle SQL / PLSQL
• 10 years of proven working experience in Java development and Software development.
• Experience in Spring framework Transaction Management
• Good to have knowledge in MuleSoft.
• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
• Knowledge of Relational Database
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Experience with GIT, Eclipse
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Jenkins
• Attention to detail.
• Work with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills and excel in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Should be a fast learner, a good team player, and co-ordinate and cooperate with fellow team members.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
