We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading development teams, architecting and implementing scalable solutions, and delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based full-stack applications.Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies in Java development and apply them to enhance our development processes and methodologies.
• Drive innovation and implement best practices to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning meetings.
