Quick team layout line. This is a backend team that uses Javascript, typescript m and nodejs to build reusable libraries not just UI components. You need to write JS test frameworks to test with. Need to be heavy in JS, React is a nice to have at this point its more to support the consumer of the library

Some additional things from previous feedback from candidate

Coding people have being passing mid, need too really excel here.

People have been falling short on operational excellence, ability to triage production issues, rootcause, and measure the outcome

Need to be good in logical flow design, how applications react with each module

Need to be able to do work like sequence diagram, state machine

Needs to work on Apex W2

Rate is 70/hr
