* Managing Project Managers: 1-2 for some programs and 5-6 for larger program

* Budget Management

* Leadership ability to lead meetings and engage a wide array of individuals across all lines of business and Product Teams, strong program, and project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects and move them to defined outcome

* Understanding of transformation office and project management office development

* Financial acumen and experience with business case development and budget management

* Excellent communicator - written and oral

* Must be confident and competent

* Ability to engage a team in defining requirement

* Ability to meet and/or exceed time commitment

* Ability to present and engage with leadership

* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
