Jeff Temp- Talent Acquisition Partner

Jefferson Health's in house temp agency, JeffTemps, is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to support the HR Talent Acquisition Team.
Fulltime, Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm with a hybrid location. Office location: 1101 Market Street Phila PA 19107.

PRIMARY FUNCTION :
This position is responsible for supporting all Talent Acquisition efforts related to the recruitment of non-exempt, temporary employees. Assist the Talent Acquisition Director with all recruiting-related functions, projects, hiring and execution of talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Jefferson's staffing and talent needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Participate in recruiting process including sourcing, phone screening, selecting, interviewing and scheduling candidates for interviews and related follow up.
• Obtain necessary pre-hire documentation from candidates including compensation history, reports, confirmation of prior work experience, certification confirmation or other job-specific required credentials.
• Actively engage and bring forth ideas to be best-in-class in terms of recruiting process and procedure.

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the University

Qualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years full life cycle recruitment experience in a high volume comparative organization.
• Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures required.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
