Experience:
• Experience in One way and Two Way data replication using Golden Gate.
• Experience in GoldenGate Install, Configuration, Maintenance, Trouble Shooting and Upgrade.
• Configure and build Golden Gate Extracts for multiple stores using parallel execution
• Configure error handling for restart, logging, production support and status reporting in GG.
• Upgrade database using Golden gate to minimize downtime."

• Golden gate experience.
• Understand the architecture, concepts, processes and parameters
• Implemented unidirectional and bidirectional replication
• Upgraded from 11R2 to 12c version
• Set up OEM for monitoring
• Proficient in the use of logminer, day to day production support and conflict resolution
• Improved performance of replication
• Additionally very desirable to have experience with new features such as Integrated capture, native DDL capture,
• coordinate apply mode, multi-threaded replicat, Veridata and GoldenGate Director
• Strong production support experience within a large financial organization & customer service skills
• Oracle 10G and 11G Database Administration and Management on HP/Solaris and Linux environments
• Oracle internals
• Proven track record in supporting large number of db simultaneously
• Oracle Database Tuning and Performance - usage of statspack, AWR, ADDM, ASH and UNIX native commands
• Oracle DataGuard Physical Standby configuration, build and support including DataGuard Broker
• Storage considerations for Oracle Database Performance
• Oracle backup and recovery configuration and procedures
• RAC
• Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control for environment standardization
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture principles
• Ability to develop data requirements and configure database parameters accordingly

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Provide support on all the stages of database implementation and/or database related deployments
• Manage backup/recovery for Oracle instances. Management of database and resource capacity planning.
• Manage, deploy and install Oracle databases on RAC and non-RAC hardware (AIX, Linux).
• Manage, deploy and install Oracle Golden Gate in uni-directional and bi-directional modes.
• Manage the setup and configuration of Golden Gate Director and Veridata.
• Monitoring database technology stack globally using Oracle Grid Control which consists of below activities.

o Clear alerts

o Maintain Oracle Grid Control Agents (install & patch)

o Provide support for Grid Control infrastructure

o Oracle database build using ASM on RAC/non-RAC

o Oracle database upgrades, patching

o Working with the client team for problem resolution

o Database performance and tuning

o Database performance monitoring

o Database backup and recovery using RMAN.
