Our client is seeking an analyst for a contract to hire
Looking for an individual to assist the Sponsored Research Department This individual will create and reconcile shadow spreadsheets, is analytical, file digital documents, update information, create purchase orders, upload budgets into our financial system, assist the team with identifying variances and closing out grants that have expired or are about to expire. The individual will also assist both the Assistant Director and Director of Sponsored Research Team with additional maintenance reports and daily tasks as needed.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Experience working in a higher education
• Must be comfortable using and navigating Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Well organized and good communication skills
• Must be able to multitask
