Jr High Head Girls Basketball Coach

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Head Girls Basketball Coach for our Jr High team at Mossyrock Jr/Sr High School. As a seasonal position, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching our Jr High girls basketball team during the upcoming season. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for basketball, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute practice plans that align with the team's goals and objectives
- Coach and mentor Jr High girls basketball players during games and practices
- Work collaboratively with the school's Athletic Director and other coaches to ensure a positive and productive team environment
- Attend all team meetings, practices, and games as required
- Provide feedback and support to players on their performance and progress
- Ensure that all players adhere to school and team rules and regulations

Requirements:
- Must have prior coaching experience in basketball
- Strong knowledge of the game of basketball, including rules and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to achieve their best
- Must be available to attend all team practices and games
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications required by the school district
