Position Overview:
As the JR. IT Bench Technician you will use your knowledge of PC / Laptop hardware to build and repair computers for clients. Work efficiently and stay organized with customer satisfaction as your number one priority.

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an Jr. IT Bench Technician for our Depot location in the Mechanicsburg, PA area.
Position Overview:
As the JR. IT Bench Technician you will use your knowledge of PC / Laptop hardware to build and repair computers for clients. Work efficiently and stay organized with customer satisfaction as your number one priority.
Responsibilities
- Work with Laptop/PC hardware build/ing and repairing.
- Complete Troubleshooting on Laptop / PC's .
- Work with efficiency and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Setup and manage Active Directory and Google workspace accounts.
- Image Chrome-books and laptops using a custom software and prepare for shipping.
- Shipping using UPS or FedEx systems.
- Receiving items and checking into systems based on client.
- Tracking status of items in transit.
- Occasionally deliver items to clients, using company vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications
- Imaging and Break/Fix experience.
- Asset Management Experience.
- Organization skills are a must.
- Experience with Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- The ability to follow work rules and procedures, work independently and under pressure.
- Must have a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills and have a "can do" attitude.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Dell, Lenovo and HP
- Certifications are a Plus
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field.
