Our Cary office is looking to add a Jr. Project Controls Specialist to the team. The Jr. Project Controls Specialist will work with Senior team members; Project Controls and Project Management for financial project set-up and maintenance of multiple engineering, construction, and CQV projects from start to finish for clients. Helps Project Managers with any financial queries throughout life cycle of project.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Cost Reporting
• Invoice Coordination
• Assist in Scheduling
• Other Various Project Controls Tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Mathematics
• 1-5 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be well organized, engaged, flexible and self-motivated.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
• Must be able to learn other software packages as needed.
