Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is hiring for a Jr. Project Manager to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be joining the Business Integration organization and reporting into a Project manager to help in streamlining the customer experience when it comes to equipment. The goal of this initiative is to consolidate communication and equipment as well as operational efficiency. In other words, the goal is that when a customer needs new/updated equipment, the customer will receive one communication and all equipment foreseen needed to be swapped, will be sent in one box. In order to achieve this goal, this PM will be aiding in building out a reporting structure to be able to identify any gaps/streamline to consolidate the fulfillment. This project will support residential, SMBs (apartment building, etc.), and enterprise customers. Lastly, this person will be working cross functionally with PMO groups, marketing, billing, and supply chain. On a day-to-day basis, this person will spend 30% of their time project tracking, 50% prepping, planning, and strategizing, and 20% admin work.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of Project Management Experience
Experience with project tracking, project planning, and driving projects forward
Experience creating project plans in Smartsheet or MS Projects
Good communication & personality
Ability to work cross functionally with other teams & stakeholders
