As a Jr. Accountant you will:

• Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain financial models, reports, and analyses.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

?This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.

Pay Rate: $30-38/hr

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger reconciliation and financial statement reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
