Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Not looking for a Salesforce developer . Does not need to be a Salesforce expert .
  • 3 years of experience can be a combination of sales/relationship management oriented role experience with some Salesforce experience,
  • Need someone who knows how to use Salesforce in a sales-oriented application, market analytics, how to use it to manage relationships
  • Someone who has previously assisted similar sales-oriented/relationship management/innovation teams using Salesforce and can hopefully teach and how to best leverage the system to other employees .
  • Someone who has experience/interest in technology trends in renewable energy.
  • The client is selling themselves as a partner to non-for-profits, energy companies, wind technology companies, etc.
  • This BA will manage information on strategic partner relationships and process development.
  • Experience/proficiency (account and contact management, campaign development, creating custom reports).
  • Marketing analytics--recommend, maintain, and report basic metrics measuring market engagement.
  • Contract management--process and facilitate sponsorship contracts and other partnership agreements.
  • Technical writing ability--generate reports for Innovation staff based on stakeholder information and perform media and secondary source research as directed.
  • Conversational familiarity with current technology and technology trends in renewable energy, clean transportation and buildings, the power grid, etc.
  • Expertise in Salesforce or other digital CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Expertise in Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), shared file systems, and online research techniques.
  • IT systems that will be used: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Project Management, SharePoint, NEIS, Office 365
