Junior Back End (Associate), Tax Technology

Description

Alvarez & Marsal's Tax practice is seeking a talented junior developer (back end or full stack) to join the tax technology team. This hire will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting world class software. Your software will operate in all facets of A&M Tax; from internal tools that improve efficiencies to client facing enterprise systems that compete at the world level.

How you'll contribute

• Consult with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the problems

• Contribute to envisioning elegant solutions to some of the most challenging business problems

• Contribute to designing clean architecture with an emphasis on reusable components • Build efficient and explainable code

• Test your work to a high standard • Contribute to all aspects of a project's lifecycle: documenting requirements, solution development, system configuration, testing, debugging, and support

The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
