Junior Counterintelligence Support Specialist (CISS), Screener, Counterintelligence Support Team (CIST)

Provides multi-faceted Intelligence support services consisting of, but not limited to, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometric-related analysis and production, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers (RCM), Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target support-related intelligence support services to assigned military units, and administrative support in support of the overall Intelligence mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations.

Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations and support CJTF-OIR Headquarters, the Combined Joint Force Land Component Command (CJFLCC) headquarters and subordinate units, and the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force OIR (CSOJTF-OIR) and its subordinate units to accomplish Commander CJTF-OIR Intelligence priorities and taskings.
The Junior CISS Screener - CIST - Iraq provides CI support services, including CI/Force Protection (CI/FP) screening of local and third country nationals (LNs/TCNs).

Responsibilities:

• Perform CI/FP Interviews to obtain all required information in accordance with SOPs and upload into the Theater Common Operating Picture (TCOP). Ad hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR: base access recommendation and/or screening assessment Memorandum for Record (MFR) for each interview.
• Supervise contractor performance of Preliminary Assessment Screening System (PCASS) examinations and upload results into TCOP
• Perform cellular exploitation (CELLEX) and upload results into TCOP
• Perform research and analysis prior to screening and incorporate information into screening plan and question set
• Develop screening plan/question set including biographical data prior to screening
• Perform biometric enrollments of LNs and TCNs only at locations that do not have organic enrollment capabilities
• Produce, review, perform QA/QC for ad hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with the Government Lead and the COR/ACOR including: preliminary credibility assessment chart for each interview, technical report for each interview, and/or preliminary credibility results summary for each interview, MFRs upon completion of exploitation, analytical screening summaries, weekly tally of biometric enrollments with the WAR.

• Experience with SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3
• Experience supporting CI operations or acting in the capacity of/performing the mission of a CI agent

• At least two years of experience with former MOS 18F, 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 97B, 97E, 35E, or civilian 1811/0132 OR USMC - 0204 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Officer, 0210 CI/HUMINT Operations Officer, 0211 CI/HUMINT Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR USAF - 7131 Special Investigator (SI) OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes
