Junior Java Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Java Developer to join a team for one of our large insurance clients. This individual will need to be strong in Java Development. You will assist in the design, development and implementation of Java-based applications. This individual will need to be local to either Charlotte, NC or Hartford, CT and comfortable in a hybrid model.

Required Skills & Experience

* 1-3 years of experience in Java Development

* Strong AWS Experience

* Experience with Terraform framework

* Experience with SQL and database management

* Writing clean, efficient and well-documented code

* Debug and resolve technical issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS

* Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (AWS preferred)
