This individual will start the day with reliability, review on incidents open (which systems need to be connected internally) - follow up on resolution. Fix/root cause by communication.
There will be a list on Jira/kanban - this individual will be looking at the priority of projects and who to follow up with. Working with individuals who are getting stuck, maybe a meeting needs to be scheduled to resolve the issue. This individual will be on the calls with them to make sure the incident is resolved. A lot of follow-up, status calls to make sure the project is going smoothly.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting technical applications work with delivery teams and business
- Rollout of IT projects (application development and support) SDLC/ITIL (incident/priority/resolution)
- Familiar with GxP systems, Computer System Validation and in the support of FDA regulated systems and business (knowing you cant plug and play just understanding)
- 2-3 days on-site Warsaw, IN/Raynham, MA (prefer MA)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in application development and support preferred.
Training with certification (Green or Black Belt) in Process and/or Design Excellence preferred.
Training in Process Mapping and Design preferred.
Experience in MLL systems such as, MES, LIMS, Historian, Lab Systems, Labelling is preferred.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts
