Insight Global's client in higher education is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join their team! The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective use and management of the Salesforce platform. They will be working closely with the Salesforce Lead Architect & Administrator, Marina, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Their main responsibility will be to maintain, configure, and support salesforce applications with data management, end user support, and system enhancements.
They will be given a variety of tasks including: utilizing Salesforce Flow builder to create and improve automations, creating and managing dashboards, documenting Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures, and using SOQL to write/analyze queries.

Required Skills & Experience
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Studies or other technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an administrator, minimum 1 year of experience as a SALESFORCE administrator.
• Experience with data management activities such as: data import/export, data cleanup, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with future data migration projects.
Experience with providing end-user support, creating/improving automations with Salesforce Flow Builder, creating dashboards, using/analyzing SOQL queries to extract meaningful insights.

• Higher Education background
• Salesforce Certification
Experience with handling multiple high-level tasks, escalating as needed
