Kafka Engineer ( installation / configuration / support - NOT developer ) :

- Will be in a team that is responsible of installation, configuration and support of the Confluent Kafka vendor suite
- We are looking for engineers who install, configure, and support Confluent Kafka on premise with optional skills with Redpanda.
- We are NOT looking for developers who develop apps that use Kafka.

Qualifications :

- Confluent Kafka - on-prem installation, configuration, and support (Kafka installation, Kafka configuration, Kafka administration, Kafka support, etc in such roles as Kafka engineer, Kafka administrator, etc )
- Redpanda - on-prem installation, configuration, and support ( this is a BIG plus to have , not mandatory )
- Linux (RedHat v8 or later) platform
- Ansible for configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration
- Artifactory: Binary repository manager for software artifacts
- Bitbucket: Git-based version control and collaboration platform
- Jira: Agile project management and issue tracking tool
- Agile SDLC
