POSITION: Key Account Manager (2 positions)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain systematic relationships with key departments from clients, influencing decision-makers to facilitate client decisions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets. Continuously monitor strategy effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement approved corrective measures.
  • Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships with retail organizations, including owners, buyers, planners, retail operations, and marketing/events teams. Gather and analyze competitive and market information to support decision-making.
  • Arrange and organize team members and resources to achieve targets while fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, such as product management, demand planning, logistics, retail operations, and finance, to implement go-to-market plans.
  • Possess crisis management skills to address core issues and develop targeted solutions.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the United States. Experience with top key accounts such as Best Buy, Costco, and Walmart is preferred.
  • Experience in a 3C electronics company or as a sales representative is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed; work-from-home arrangements can be negotiated.
  • Profiency in Mandarin, reading and writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office skills.
