Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join the Client Services team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and resolving client issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work directly with In-Field Marketing Specialists to help coordinate offsite meetings, marketing packages, and new business opportunities within current clients. There will be some travel associated with this role, no more than once a month. You will receive a book of business -- no cold calling needed! However, we are looking for hungry salespeople that are passionate about breaking into new markets and growing business streams.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years' experience in a similar role (account management, sales representative, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills to communicate with clients over the phone and in face-to-face meetings

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Experience growing lines of business and breaking into new markets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Digital marketing or media background
