Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles,
snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron
Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf
courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze new business opportunities using various sources, including the Internet, print materials, trade
shows and journals.
• Build and maintain solid professional relationships with assigned Corporate Accounts, implementing plans to cultivate
new business opportunities.
• Provide market input for guidance to Product Management team.
• Provide sales input/guidance to Marketing Communications to ensure that programs and collateral are aligned with
Sales Channel.
• Plan, structure, and successfully negotiate new business proposals and integrate contract requirements with business
operations.
• Communicate the progress toward business development milestones to company management.
• Attend meetings and conduct presentations to effectively describe and promote capabilities and determine customer
needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of presentations and training programs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales margins and goals.
• Work daily in SalesForce CRM system updating activities, customer information & sales pipeline.
• Completes all monthly reporting and forecasting requirements.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required
• Years of Experience: P2- 2 or more years of experience in business development and cultivating B2B relationships
