An employer is looking for a Knowledge Management Process Owner to help maintain and enhance the company's current service catalog. You will support the Configuration Manager and help identify, track and report on configuration items, including software, hardware, and other IT assets. Additionally, you will continuously monitor and improve the service catalog/service request process to ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in Service Now (service catalog configuration), service owners (exp managing, implementing, service catalog), service management requests Version 4.
* At least 3 years of experience with service catalog.
* At least 3 years of experience in ITSM configuration management and CMDB management.
Experience with ITIL best practices and ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
