MUST SIT IN UPSTATE NEW YORK
- 2+ years of experience as a Case Manager
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience managing a case load and performing home visits (preferably supporting youth)

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in - social work, behavioral science, or social services

**They are open to candidates with a bachelor's degree in a non-related field, however they would need 5+ years of relevant experience in child welfare
- 2+ years of progressive experience in social services, case management, child welfare;

**Experience in child welfare, child placements, family preservation and social service provision is desired

**ORR experience is NOT a requirement
- Preferred -- Bilingual English/Spanish (not required, however highly preferred)

*A portion of the interview will be conducted in Spanish
- Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (includes history of conviction of child and sexual abuse)
