Our customer requires a Level 3 support resource with the following skills:

Must have
  • Basic Troubleshooting
  • SCCM
  • Image Engineering - will not be engineering but more support/troubleshoot provisioning errors
  • Networking - basic troubleshooting of Blue Ridge routers/Cisco Switches
  • Adaptiva Platform software.
  • Clear tier 2 background check is required.
  • Secret clearance is preferred.
  • The individual will need to be CAC Cleared to access the customer's network.
