Lab Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the R&D/Test Lab supporting Chemists, Engineers and Product Safety team on new product development and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform testing of products with a willingness to create standard & unique test setups
• Assist and or lead with competitor, validation and development testing
• Acceptancy & Qualification testing
• Supports the development and fabrication of unique test set-ups to meet engineering requirements
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

What's Needed?

• 0-2 years' experience in a laboratory setting
• Familiar with basic lab testing methods, procedures and techniques as well as the ability to work from written specifications and standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills
