Experis, a ManpowerGroup company has an exciting contract opportunity for one of our key clients, a Fortune 500 Client, manufacturer of household products, notably starch, black lead, laundry blue, and household polish.

Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: Evansville, IN
1st Shift- M-F (40 hours per week)
12 month contract
No degree required- Lab/Manufacturing experience preferred
Pay range: $21 - $26.00 an hour

Job Details:

• Lab Documentation- Working at their Pilot Research Facility: 20% on the plant floor / 70%-80%- Administrative with documentation, recording audits, compliance assistant.
• Collaborating closely with Scientist performing testing.
• Ensure all required formulation, feasibility work, analysis, validation, stability testing, industrial trials and dossier preparation are performed on time and to the required quality and regulatory standards and in line with the processes
• Execute lab and pilot scale experiments to generate critical data supporting innovation projects. Activities include material planning, lab and pilot equipment cleaning/sanitizing, some pilot equipment operation, sample testing, and stability protocol execution. "
• Utilize enterprise systems (SAP, GLIMS) for material management and Quality Control sample submission and data management/analysis.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in a lab setting and comfortable handling analytical instruments preferred.
• Experience with food/diary unit operations is preferred.
• Understanding of processing of nutritional and food products or similar
• Experience of generating technical documentation and reports desirable
