Job Summary/Basic Function

Position can be filled at various levels of the approved career ladder depending on candidate qualifications.

Position provides basic landscape and snow removal services to all Weber State University campuses.

Required Qualifications

Required:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A valid Utah Driver License is a condition of employment.
  • Must complete WSU Driver Safety Training annually.
  • Must be able to operate power tools and equipment normally associated with landscape maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Snow removal experience utilizing plows, blowers, and shovels.
  • Leadership potential.
  • Experience with Rain Master irrigation control systems.
  • Basic computing skills.
A successful candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to operate power tools and equipment normally associated with landscape maintenance.
