A large healthcare client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team and sit near shore in Latin America. This person will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile practices and scrum framework values, facilitate meetings, work to increase team efficiency and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement. As a Scrum Master you will be expected to focus on multiple projects/initiatives at any given time and drive your team to success.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally working across multiple Scrum teams
Experience working within an Agile environment (preferably SAFe)
Experience with Rally and Microsoft teams
Bachelors of Computer Science or any technical degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience within the Healthcare/Insurance industry
