JOB PURPOSE:

Provide safe and timely transportation of laundry toand from Health Care Centers and laundry facility. In addition thetransportation aide will assist in other trips for the facility as deemed necessaryby the supervisor, administrator or designee

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drivesthe loaded delivery truck on the designated route.

2. Stopsand delivers cleaned laundry to the facility / residents.

3. Whenfinished with deliveries, returns on the same route to pick up soiled laundry.

4. Returnsto the laundry facility to unload the truck.

5. Parksthe truck at the end of the work shift.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

None, on-the-jobtraining provided

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Valid unrestricteddrivers license in state of employment
