Join our dynamic healthcare team as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), where you'll play a crucial role in providing therapy and mental health services in a patient-centered environment. This position involves both short-term therapy focused on emergency appointments and long-term therapy, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. We're seeking compassionate professionals who are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals within our community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapy sessions via phone, teletherapy, and in-person visits.
  • Manage a caseload tailored to either short-term (emergency triage) or long-term therapy needs.
  • Quickly triage emergency patients, assess the need for long-term therapy, and transition patients accordingly.
  • Maintain a full caseload, with the long-term therapy role typically managing 35-55 patients, balancing weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings daily at 8am, with patient sessions scheduled in 1-hour blocks starting from 9am, each session lasting 45 minutes.

Team Structure:
  • Work alongside a collaborative team including 4 LCSWs/LPCs, 2 CRNPs, with one additional CRNP soon to join.
  • Engage in a structured interview process involving initial meetings with the CEO and COO, followed by interaction with the entire team.

Onsite vs Remote opportunites:
  • LCSW position requires full-time onsite presence.
  • LPC position offers consistent remote work opportunities, after the first 6 months, depending on patient needs and preferences.

Therapy Methods:
  • Deliver therapy via phone calls, teletherapy platforms, and in-person visits.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid LCSW or LPC license.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize patient care.
  • Commitment to follow up promptly within 24-48 hours post-interview.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient appointments during evenings or weekends as needed.
